Refunds and Returns Policy
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Mad About Radios, a refund can be requested as long as the customer contacts Mad About Radios within 72 hours after the customer receives their order, and the complete order along with original packaging is returned to Mad About Radios within 7 business days.
- All orders that are returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee, so please call us if you are not sure about your equipment purchase.
- All shipping cost are non-refundable
